Objective
The purpose of this online course is to provide a thorough introduction to European consumer law. EU legislation and recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) will be presented.
The course will provide updates on the recent regulatory changes, such as the modernisation of the Product Liability and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Directives, as well as addressing timely issues, such as AI and software liability. Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through discussions, case studies and workshops.
