Allison Clozel
I am a qualified lawyer, holding an LLM in European Law from the
University of Edinburgh and a master’s degree in law and governance of
International and European Affairs from the Université Paris 1
Panthéon-Sorbonne. My academic background provided a solid foundation in
EU institutional law, internal market regulation, and the legal
framework of European competition policy.
Over the past three years, I worked as a junior case handler within the
investigation services of the French Competition Authority (Autorité de
la concurrence). My substantive focus has encompassed anticompetitive
practices and sustainability, leniency policy, follow-on damages
actions, and cooperation between NCAs.
I published an academic article on the impact of follow-on actions on
the French leniency programme.
