Objective

This seminar aims at increasing the participants’ understanding of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights along with its practical relevance. It will focus on the correct application of the EU Charter and the effective protection of fundamental rights in the EU. 

In order to ensure the training remains broad and appealing to a wide range of legal practitioners, but at the same time concrete and practical, important topics of general as well as current interest will be addressed.
