Summer Course on European Labour Mobility


Objective

The purpose of this course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the existing legal framework in the area of EU labour mobility. Participants will learn about the most important case law of the Court of Justice of the EU in this field, recent legislative and policy development, as well as good practices and main challenges.
