Summer Course on European Labour Law


Objective

The purpose of this course is to provide a thorough introduction to European labour law. EU legislation and the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU will be presented during the course.

  • Equality and discrimination at the workplace, including pay transparency
  • Non-standard work, including platform work
  • Artificial intelligence in the workplace
  • Minimum wages
  • Working time
  • Transnational restructuring of undertakings
  • Information and consultation rights, including European Works Council
Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through discussions and workshops.

Visit to the CJEU in Luxembourg

On-site participants in this summer course will also have the opportunity to visit the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
