Summer Course on EU Staff Regulations


Objective

This five-day course will provide a thorough introduction to EU Staff Regulations.

  • Duty of care in the case law of the CJEU

  • Harassment complaints 
  • Impartiality principle in the European institutions 

Visit to the CJEU in Luxembourg (for onsite participants) 

Participants in this summer course will also have the opportunity to visit the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg.

Who should attend? 

Civil servants (incl. lawyers) working for human resources and legal departments in the EU institutions, bodies and agencies, EU officials wishing to know more about their rights under the Staff Regulations and how to defend them before the General Court, representatives of trade unions. 

Online participation option

The event will be streamed live online. You have the option to follow the conference on Zoom, enabling you to ask questions and take part in the discussion with participants in Trier.
