Protecting Women from Violence in the Digital Age


Objective

This seminar explores how European and national legal frameworks address gender-based cyberviolence. It combines  lectures, discussions, and practical  workshops to develop participants’  understanding of digital abuse, the concept of consent online, and the legal profession’s responsibilities in protecting victims.

The programme encourages analysis of landmark case law, exchange of best practices, and application of legal tools to real-world scenarios involving technology-facilitated violence against women.
