Objective

This session is the third of a series of face-to-face modules leading to the appropriate qualification for European patent attorneys to represent parties before the Unified Patent Court according to Article 48 AUPC.

This intensive face-to-face training event will include mock trials and case scenario prepared during several workshops organised in smaller groups.

Participants will be able to interact at any time with speakers and jury.
