Objective

To provide an opportunity for judges handling competition law cases to meet and, this year, in particular, to have a dialogue, involving EU as well as national judges, academics and practitioners, on Article 267 references.

    Reception for judges and panellists at the EU Palace of Justice in Luxembourg
  • Friday 12 June 2026
    Meeting principally on Article 267 references with an additional panel considering unfair competition and competition law
  • Saturday 13 June 2026
    Annual update for those from judiciaries on significant judgments together with the annual general meeting of the Association

    Judges and the staff of judiciaries and competition authorities from the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK, academics and lawyers in private practice.

    Judges and the staff of judiciaries from the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK.

Registration is incomplete without the relevant financial transfer – see the linked Programme and completing a return on the elements of the meeting in which you (and any accompanying person) expect to participate.

The participant will be asked to give permission for their address and other relevant information to be stored in the Association’s and in ERA’s databases in order to provide information about future ERA events, publications and/or other developments in the participant’s area of interest.

A certificate of attendance may be issued after the webinar to those that participated for an entire part of the event.
