From 6 to 7 November 2025, a comprehensive external audit of ERA’s green policy was conducted at our premises, resulting in the revalidation of our EMAS certificate.
The audit mainly aimed to review and evaluate our environmental management system, verify compliance with applicable environmental regulations, identify potential for improvement, and review our new 2025 environmental statement. The outcome of the audit was positive; in particular, the auditor emphasised that ERA had been able to intensify its communication about EMAS and sustainable measures, and had once again reduced its paper consumption.
The 2025 environmental statement is now available and contains ERA’s Environmental Programme 2026–2029 with the following four new objectives:
- to investigate and improve on Scope 3 emissions;
- to continue to make events more environmentally-friendly;
- to conduct an energy analysis; and
- to draw up a catalogue of measures, as well as continuing internal and external communication about ERA’s environmental management.
