Objective

The conference examines how to protect fundamental rights as AI reshapes the legal and regulatory landscape. Leading experts discuss the EU’s latest efforts to streamline digital regulation, with particular attention to the role of the EU Charter in AI-related cases. 

Sessions will explore the challenges of safeguarding rights during the digital transformation of courts and public institutions and highlight how national legal frameworks can uphold fundamental rights amid rapid technological change.
