Objective
The objective of this interactive seminar is to address various
legal aspects of cross-border litigation in civil matters, cross-border
debt recovery and enforcement of judgments. The different European
instruments in this field will be presented and dealt with in a
practice-oriented way.

Methodology
This training event is conceived as a workshop based on solving
case studies, thus ensuring the active involvement of participants and a
continuous exchange of knowledge and best practice. The training
materials have been developed by renowned EU experts and aim to aid
legal practitioners in actively applying the EU acquis in the area of
civil justice.

Participation is open to lawyers dealing with civil litigation and
dispute resolution, notably lawyers in private practice, in-house
counsel, representatives of consumer and business organisation from an
EU Member State (except Denmark)
