Objective

This course will provide an introduction to the fundamentals of WTO and EU trade law. It will offer practitioners wishing to specialise in this field of law a focused understanding of the main issues and concepts from a practical point of view.

The event will also explain trade defence instruments and provide a better understanding of the procedural rules regarding trade defence investigations, WTO dispute settlement and trade controls.
