Objective

This seminar will provide legal practitioners with in-depth knowledge of the increasing body of case law produced by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in the field of environmental law.

The seminar is relevant for all legal professionals working in the field of environmental law, in particular national civil servants and lawyers in private practice or environmental protection organisations.

Court hearing

The seminar will include a visit to a hearing before the Grand Chamber of the European Court. Please note that the number of places at the hearing is limited to 50 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
