Objective

The seminar will provide participants with an overview of EU gender equality legislation as interpreted by the Court of Justice of the European Union in its large case law on this topic.

Who should attend?

Participation is only open to judges, prosecutors and other members of the judiciary from the EU, Iceland and Liechtenstein.


Application procedure

  • The number of places at the event is limited and participation is subject to a selection procedure.
  • The application period starts around 3 months before the event. A detailed seminar programme as well as an online application form, indicating a deadline for submitting the application, will then be available on this website.
  • A response will be given to every applicant shortly after the deadline.
