Objective
This year’s annual conference will analyse in depth the European Commission’s new company law package and discuss the impact of the Whisteblower Proposal on boardroom deliberations. It will also examine how the case law of the CJEU fits with the Commission’s narrative on transfer of seat and conversion discuss the Commission’s stance on Brexit with respect to EU company law.
