ERA‘s EU competition law workshops in Brussels aim to provide a deep analysis of key concepts of European antitrust law. For each topic, the latest trends, the recent case law and the main challenges will be presented and debated by high-level speakers.

Objective

This workshop will identify the challenges for the enforcement of Article 102 TFEU in light of new kinds of behaviour by undertakings in a dominant position. The characteristics of such behaviour and that of the markets in which they take place will be analysed taking into account the most recent cases at EU level.


Who should attend?

Lawyers in private practice, in-house counsel, representatives of national competition authorities.
