This seminar will
provide lawyers in private practice with training on proceedings before
the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Who should attend?
Lawyers
in private practice wishing to appear before the General Court or Court
of Justice of the EU. Participants should already be familiar with the
basics of EU law and the structure of the European judicial system.
