Objective
The aim of this conference is to provide legal practitioners
with an update on the reform of the Common European Asylum System (CEAS)
and the efforts undertaken to implement New EU Pact on Migration.
Recent developments related to activation and
implementation of the Temporary Protection Directive in Europe, together
with the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the
European Court of Human Rights, will also be addressed. Additionally,
this year we will tackle challenges related to the digitalisation of
asylum procedures.
