Objective
The aim of this
4-session online workshop is to provide participants with a thorough
introduction to EU environmental law. Lectures coupled with workshops
and practical case studies will offer a comprehensive overview of the
main areas of EU environmental legislation and policy as well as CJEU
case law. Emphasis will be given to the role of national judges and
prosecutors in order to facilitate the handling of future national court
procedures in the field of environmental law.
