Objective
The training will focus on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and related EU disability law in the field of employment and social protection of persons with disabilities. It will be relevant both for lawyers in private practice and NGOs with a legal background representing persons with disabilities in court proceedings, as well as in-house counsel dealing with requests and complaints by persons with disabilities against their employer.
