ERA‘s EU competition law workshops in Brussels aim to provide a deep analysis of key concepts of European antitrust law. For each topic, the latest trends, the recent case law and the main challenges will be presented and debated by high-level speakers.
Objective
This workshop will update you on the significant latest developments in the category of “by object” restrictions of competition brought about by recent CJEU judgments and analyse their practical ramifications. Attention will also be paid to the pending revision by the Commission of the De Minimis Notice.
