Objective
The objective of this workshop is to address the various EU
Regulations on family and succession law. The Regulations and the
relevant Hague Conventions will be presented in a practice-oriented
approach at an advanced level, designed for participants who have
previous experience or expertise in the field of European family and
succession law.

- Parental responsibility in a cross-border context (including child abduction)
- Cross-border divorce and maintenance
- Cross-border successions
Who should attend?
Legal practitioners from all EU Member States. Lawyers in private practice are particularly encouraged to apply.
Participation
Please
note that the number of places available is limited (30 places for this
seminar). Preference will be given to lawyers in private practice,
after which applications will be accepted on a first come, first served
basis.

Travel expenses
Travel costs are not covered by ERA.
Accommodation
The
participation fee includes hotel accommodation: maximum 2 nights at the
hotel booked by ERA will be covered directly by ERA. Moreover, the
participation fee includes lunch and dinner on the first conference day.
