Objective
The objective of this workshop is to address the various EU Regulations on family and succession law. The different Regulations and the relevant Hague Conventions will be presented and dealt with in a practice-oriented way at an introductory level, which makes it suitable for participants who have little or no prior experience in the field of European family and succession law.

Please note that the number of places available is limited (20 places for this seminar). Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis (preference will be given to lawyers in private practice).

Travel expenses
Travel costs are not covered by ERA.
Accommodation
The participation fee includes hotel accommodation: maximum 2 nights at the hotel booked by ERA will be covered directly by ERA. Moreover, the participation fee includes lunch and dinner on the first conference day.
