Joined ERA in February 2018. Graduated from the
Adam-Mickiewicz-University in Poznań (European Studies) and from the
Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany) with an LL.M. and Ph.D.
in Law. Fellowship of the Friedrich-Ebert Foundation. Since 2005 Assistant
Professor at the School of Law and Administration in Rzeszów (Poland). 2013-2014 Deputy Director of the College of Business and
Management. Manager of the Polish-German Foundation for Science research grant
“Europeanisation of National Legal Orders from Comparative Perspective” (2015).
Expertise in European Personal Data Protection Law, European Asylum and Migration Law as well as in Sports Law. Since 2017 Member of the European Commission multistakeholder expert
group to support the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Teaching assignments at the University of
Limerick (Ireland), Università degli Studi Sour Orsola Benicasa Napoli (Italy)
and International School of Management in Presov (Slovakia). Author of numerous
publications and speaker at various international conferences and congresses.
