Objective

The purpose of this course is to provide a thorough practical overview of the EU rules on social security coordination.

EU legislation and the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU will be presented by way of both lectures and case studies. You will benefit from daily workshops where active participation is encouraged.

Visit to the CJEU in Luxembourg
