Objective
Due to the economic
collapse caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the measures taken to
combat it, a dramatic increase in insolvencies is expected in Europe in
the coming years. This online seminar will concentrate on European
preventive restructuring, cross-border insolvency proceedings and how to
respond to the growing crisis following the pandemic.
