Objective
This conference will introduce capital markets legal practitioners to the new regulatory regime put in place by MiFID II, which will apply from 3 January 2018. In particular, the conference will focus on how the existing framework can be adjusted to suit MiFID II, the changes in the bank-client relationship and the pre- and post-trade transparency requirements.
