Objective

This seminar focuses on how to protect victims of violence in the justice system. It addresses new policies such as the proposal for the revision of the Victim’s Rights Directive as well as the existing EU legal framework and relevant case law. 

The theoretical presentations will be complemented by practical sessions and workshops on victim support during the justice process, including a session on secondary victimisation.
