This year’s conference is aimed at providing legal practitioners with a comprehensive update on the most recent developments from the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the EU in the field of EU public procurement law.

Special attention will be paid to the practical issues and challenges faced by the participants in the procurement process. A focus will also be placed on procurement by EU institutions and bodies.
