Objective
This course will provide in-depth training on the fundamentals of trade law, specifically anti-dumping (AD) and anti-subsidies (AS) proceedings, at EU and WTO level. It will offer practitioners in this field an analysis of the main issues and concepts from a practical point of view and focus on the litigation process involving trade defence instruments such as AD and AS.
