Objective
The aim of this conference is to provide legal practitioners with an update on the reform of the Common European Asylum System (CEAS) and the efforts undertaken to implement the EU Pact on Migration.
Developments related to the implementation of the Temporary Protection Directive in Europe, together with the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights, will be addressed. The conference will also tackle challenges related to the application of artificial intelligence at EU borders.
