Objective
This
practice-oriented legal conference will discuss the relevance of the
international legal framework on sexual and reproductive health rights
for national legal orders.
With practical presentations of the relevant case law of the
European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), Court of Justice of the European
Union (CJEU) and the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination
against Women (CEDAW Committee), the participants will be able to
litigate effectively cases concerning sex and reproductive health rights
at domestic level.
