Objective

This intensive training is intended for young European lawyers who would like to learn about cross-cutting areas of EU law and to be able to contribute to the effective and coherent application of EU law.

Who should attend?

Young lawyers in private practice, including trainee lawyers and – in jurisdictions in which initial training does not include a period of legal practice – newly qualified lawyers with less than three years of experience.

Participation conditions

  • Participation on selection. This event is intended only for participants selected by our supporting institutions.
  • Applications should be submitted to the supporting institutions.
  • No seminar fee.
  • Travel organised individually. Travel costs will be reimbursed to participants according to a pre-set amount calculated by ERA.
  • Accommodation is booked by ERA.
