Objective
The highly controversial Corporate
Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (EU) 2024/1760, widely referred
to as 'CS3D', will enter into force on 25 July 2024. Although Member
States have two years to transpose the CS3D into national law, companies
are advised to prepare now for the newly created obligations and
implement robust due diligence measures to identify and address human
rights in their operations and value chains.
This compact online seminar will bring together experts, ministry
officials and stakeholders to explain who has what obligations under the
new directive, what sanctions to expect and how it interacts with other
EU and national legislation.
Key topics

obligations, sanctions
- CS3D in the context of EU law:

- Jurisdiction and applicable
