Objective
This annual conference will bring practitioners up to date with the latest developments and current issues in EU public procurement law. Over 15 months into the transposition period for the new EU Public Procurement Directives, this year’s conference will look at the progress and challenges faced by Member States in implementation. It will also focus on practical issues in the process of awarding or bidding for public work, supplies, services or concessions.
