Jointly offered by ERA and Maastricht University (UM), the EPLC is a certified, practice-oriented programme designed for patent attorneys, legal practitioners, and professionals involved in patent litigation. It provides the essential qualification for representation before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) as required by Article 48 of the UPC Agreement.
