Objective

This advanced training will focus on the practical aspects of the proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), including relevant case law updates. The training will enable the participants to litigate effectively substantive EU law before the EU courts.

Participation Conditions

  • Participation on selection.
  • Applications should be submitted before 11 November 2022.
  • Seminar fee: 120 euros.
  • Travel expenses will be reimbursed to a maximum of 350 euros.
  • Maximum 2 hotel nights will be covered directly by ERA, only for the hotel booked by ERA.

Who should attend?

Lawyers in private practice with previous experience or knowledge of the proceedings of the CJEU. Only participants from the EU Member States (excluding Denmark), Albania and Montenegro are eligible for this training.
