Objective
The objective of this conference is to address various legal aspects of cross-border litigation in civil and commercial matters, cross-border debt recovery and enforcement of judgments. The conference will present the different European instruments in this field discussing recent case law and current legal practice as well as the new EU initiatives. It will update legal practitioners on key developments in civil litigation.
