Objective
This annual conference will discuss the direction of future reforms of
EU antitrust procedure following the recent publication of “Best
Practices” on the conduct of proceedings concerning Articles 101 and 102
TFEU and the Decision on the new function of the Hearing Officer.
The conference will also deal with the role of the Court of Justice of
the EU in ensuring compliance of EU antitrust procedure with the Charter
of Fundamental Rights of the EU (CFR) and the European Convention on
Human Rights (ECHR). The conference will also deal with the role of the
