Léo was born in Céret, France. After graduating from the Faculty of Law,
University of La Rochelle, France (2016), he went on to gain a double
MA in European Union Studies and International Relations from the Paris
Lodron University of Salzburg, Austria, and the Free International
University for Social Studies Guido Carli (LUISS Guido Carli), Rome,
Italy (2016-2019). He also holds a trinational Master of Laws (EUCOR,
The European Campus) from the Universities of Strasbourg, France, Basel,
Switzerland and Albert-Ludwigs Freiburg i.B., Germany (2019-2020) and a
PhD in EU Law from the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg, Austria
(2020-2024). He was an intern in the chambers of a Judge at the General Court of the European Union (5 months) before joining ERA.
He has been a Course Administrator in European Financial Law at ERA since April 2025.
