Objective
This seminar will provide participants with a comprehensive insight into the recent case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) on freedom of expression under Article 10 of the European Convention of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ECHR), with a focus on the most important judgments since 2018.
The training will provide the participants with the necessary tools to identify and address human rights violations relating to Article 10 and apply that provision in domestic proceedings.
