Objective

This practical training will help legal practitioners understand how Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems operate and how they can impact individual human rights. An update on the future rules at EU and Council of Europe level will be provided, together with relevant international and national case law.

The participants will be able to discuss the most pertinent issues at stake, such as discrimination in AI systems, Big Data and responsibility attribution raised by the use of AI technology.
