Objective

This seminar is part of ERA’s series of advanced training courses on EU competition law. It is aimed at providing a thorough update for competition law practitioners on the recent developments in the application of Article 101 TFEU to vertical agreements. 

Participants will be able to discuss the practical challenges in the assessment of vertical restraints and deepen their knowledge through workshop exercises and case studies.
