The highly controversial Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (EU) 2024/1760, widely referred to as 'CS3D', is now in force.

While Member States have a two-year window to incorporate the CS3D into national law, companies are advised to prepare now for the newly created obligations and to implement robust due diligence measures to identify and address human rights in their operations and value chains.

This compact online seminar will bring together experts, ministry officials, lawyers and in-house counsel to explain who has what obligations under the new directive, what sanctions to expect and how it interacts with other EU and national legislation.
