Objective
This intensive online course is aimed at providing legal practitioners with a thorough overview of EU State aid law and in-depth understanding of its core notions as interpreted in the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Participants will be able to learn about all stages of State aid control and the role of the European Commission and the national courts in State aid enforcement. The knowledge gained will be deepened and consolidated through practical exercises and workshops.
