- Public and private enforcement of competition rules
- The control of mergers at EU level
- EU competition law rules applicable to State aid measures

Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through case studies and workshops.
Visit to the European Court of Justice
Participants in the summer course will have the opportunity to visit the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
