Objective

This practical seminar will shed light on the changes contained in the reformed Dublin III Regulation, which will apply to asylum applications from 1 January 2014. The new Regulation aims to clarify previous uncertainties on the rules and responsibilities of deciding which Member State should examine an individual’s application for international protection. The seminar will also evaluate the Regulation’s application in the light of European fundamental rights considerations.
