In this e-presentation, FRA's online tools are presented: the European Fundamental Rights Information System (EFRIS) and the Criminal Detention Database 2015-2022. These tools are designed to help judges and legal practitioners make informed decisions in relation to European Arrest Warrants (EAWs) and other forms of mutual legal assistance. The importance of these tools in strengthening the protection of fundamental rights in the European Union is underlined within the e-presentation.
