- Competences of the EPPO
- The PIF Directive and particularities regarding its implementation in the EU Member States
- Cross-border investigations conducted by the EPPO
- Cooperation with third states, OLAF and Eurojust
- Termination of the investigations and prosecution before national courts
- Procedural safeguards in the EU and under the EPPO Regulation
- Judicial review by national courts and the CJEU

This seminar is targeted at prosecutors from EU Member States not bound by the EPPO Regulation. It is also open to interested judges and defence lawyers as well as prosecutors from eligible EU Member States (UK and Denmark do not participate in the Justice Programme 2014-2020).
